This notice explains how the Shelfexa corporate website handles visits and contact drafts.
Website scope
This is an informational website. It does not provide accounts, sign-in, checkout or access to the mobile application's backend. Public product screenshots illustrate the Shelfexa application; they do not give this website access to account, task, shift or wellbeing records.
Contact drafts and email
The contact form holds your name, organization, topic and message locally in the current page. Reviewing a draft does not upload it or send it to Shelfexa. Copying puts the text on your device clipboard. Opening an email link passes the draft to your chosen email application; you decide whether to send it. If you send an email, its contents are shared with your email service and the recipient at support@shelfexa.com.
Include only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive wellbeing data. The website cannot confirm email delivery.
Hosting and technical requests
The website is hosted through Replit. When you visit, hosting infrastructure processes requests to deliver pages and files. Those requests include technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser headers. The hosting platform may use operational logs and cookies; this notice does not claim that visits are cookie-free or that the platform keeps no logs.
Fonts and other services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's font services and sends technical request information. The website does not add advertising trackers in its application code. Hosting services and your email provider operate separately from the contact-draft form and have their own data-handling practices.
Product accounts and deletion
This website cannot access, verify or delete a mobile application account. For product-account requests, use verified support within Shelfexa and see the account deletion information. This notice does not replace the application's privacy information or promise deletion timelines or retention outcomes.
